Elite Performance Coaching are offering an intensive coaching workshop over the Easter holiday period, exclusively for Bunratty Cratloe players in Woulfe Park, Bunratty. The programme is split into 2 areas where you can book individually or combine them in our Bundle offer: 1) Technical Ability, Football Decision making, Football Intelligence & Tactics (2hr session) and 2) Small Sided Games Workshop.

2015 up to 2008 Boys and Girls
1) Technical Ability, Football Decision making, Football Intelligence & Tactics (2hr session).
Intensive sessions and workshops focusing on the following Elite Performance Development Pillars:
Technical Ability
Football Decision making
Football Intelligence & Tactics
The 3 areas will be worked on over an intensive 2hr workshop, the session will be spread across Pitch, Astro-turf, and Classroom learning, discussing tactical components along with video analysis.
2) Small Sided Games Workshop.
Allow players to develop and train in micro groups, in the following areas:
Football decision making
Technical ability
Situational awareness
And much more...
The small sided game workshops condition players at a faster pace and with an increased volume of game involvement in football actions. More touches and more exposure to football scenarios and pictures, means more development!
