The past weekend’s cup games saw a boat load of goals and some stellar performances.

Kicking off the weekend, our U12s lost out 6-2 to a very good Shamrock Rovers side in the Last 32 of the National Trophy. Conal and Rian bagging the goals in a spirited display against a very tough opposition.

Our 17s advanced in the Clare Cup against Corofin. Down to 10 men at 1-1, the lads dug deep and ran out 5-2 winners. Goals from Cian O’Gorman (2), John Hannon, Colin Cavanagh and Ryan Rooney.

Sunday saw the Juniors take on Newmarket in the Clare Cup, unfortunately falling to a spirited 5-2 defeat. Goals from Jack McInerney and Kevin Pattan.
